Walbridge Chosen for 2009 Knupp and Watson Goodstock Program

We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have been selected as one of the fourteen nonprofits in Dane County to participate in the Knupp and Watson fifth annual Goodstock program. Knupp and Watson is a Madison based communication firm and this is a fantastic opportunity for our school to reach more people and let them know who we are and what we do. In mid-October we will receive 24 hours of free services from their team of communications professionals who will advise and assist us in our marketing and public relations efforts. There is more. One of the lucky 14 participants will also be “adopted” by the agency for a year and receive a full year of Knupp and Watson’s assistance. We are keeping our fingers crossed.

2009 Annual Campaign

This is a yearly campaign to raise funds from our current families, alumni, friends, faculty and staff, past parents, community members and professional partners. These funds are used to balance the School's annual operating budget, a budget that enables us to further our School’s mission and vision.  Participation at any level is just as important as the monetary value of a gift. High levels of participation from all groups provide a great endorsement of Walbridge School.

We want to thank all of the generous donors who made contributions to our school over the past years.  As we embark on this year’s Annual Campaign, we look forward to your continued support.

Summer Sizzle: Thanks to the help of many volunteers and a very supportive community, our second dinner and silent auction event held at KEVA Sports Center in June was loads of fun and a huge success.  We almost doubled what we made last year.  We are already looking forward to the next Sizzle in the Spring of 2010 and hope that you will be able to join the fun.
